Mediawatch - 29 July

The Daily Mirror are reporting that the Hammers are closing in on a season-long loan for Arsenal full-back Carl Jenkinson, after reportedly beating off competition from Hull City and Swansea City for his services.

The Sun (£) carries a report of Andy Carroll arriving at Heathrow following his trip to the United States to undergo surgery on his ankle ligament injury.

According to the Daily Mail, the Hammers are set to revive their bid for 21-year-old Stuttgart centre-back Antonio Rudiger, while the Daily Star claim a move for Arsenal forward Joel Campbell is on the cards.
