West Ham United 3-0 Birmingham City
Premier League
13 February 2006

West Ham United racked up a Club record-equalling seventh straight win in all competitions as they continued their superb run with a comfortable victory against Birmingham City.

Marlon Harewood opened the scoring with eleven minutes played when he reacted quickest to turn the ball home following a lucky bounce off Kenny Cunningham.

The striker doubled both his and his team's tally just after the hour mark when he tucked away the rebound after seeing his penalty saved.

Fellow frontman Dean Ashton applied the gloss to a superb home win when he nodded home at the back post from Yossi Benayoun's flick-on.
