West Ham United can confirm that Pelly Ruddock has joined Skrill Premier club Luton Town on a permanent basis for an undisclosed fee.
The 20-year-old Ruddock enjoyed a successful loan spell with the Hatters between November 2013 and January 2014.
During his time at Kenilworth Road, Ruddock helped John Still's men to win all four league matches in which he featured and progress to the FA Trophy third round.
The youngster now returns to Bedfordshire with Luton top of the table and on course to return to the Football League after a five-year absence.
Ruddock began his career with Boreham Wood before joining West Ham at the age of 18 in December 2011. He made his one and only first-team appearance for the Club in a 2-0 Capital One Cup fourth round win at Burnley on 29 October 2013.
West Ham United would like to thank Pelly for his efforts and wish him every success in his future career.
