The Development Squad travel to Chelsea on Monday night for their U21 Premier League Cup round of 16 tie.
The Hammers will look to join Wolverhampton Wanderers, Manchester City, Burnley and Newcastle United in the last eight, in the match which will take place at Aldershot Town FC, with a 7.05pm kick-off.
West Ham's U21s have already played away at Chelsea this season, and will hope to get one over the Blues having conceded a last-gasp leveller in the 3-3 league draw there in November.
Bristol City were the Hammers' victims in the previous round of the competition, when Danny Whitehead and Elliot Lee were on target in a 2-1 Hammers success.
Chelsea, meanwhile, defeated Cardiff City in this, the inaugural year of the knockout competition for U21 sides in the Professional Development League system.
The Hammers are expected to name a youthful line-up for this fixture, with several of the regular U21 starters having turned out for the first team in Sunday's FA Cup tie at Nottingham Forest. That should give opportunities to members of the Club's in-form U18 side, who have gone ten league games unbeaten.
Kick-off at Aldershot Town FC is at 7.05pm, with admission priced at £3 for adults and £1 concessions.
