George McCartney and Alou Diarra will add a touch of experience to the West Ham United Development Squad side set to take on Luton Town in a friendly at Kenilworth Road on Tuesday evening.

The pair have missed a large portion of the 2013/14 season through injury, but could play some part as they look towards a comeback.

The Development Squad are top of the Barclays U21 Premier League table following a 3-3 draw at Chelsea last Friday and will use the Luton fixture to begin their preparations for their next league fixture against Leicester City at the end of this month.

The Hammers took on Luton in a similar friendly last month and came out on the wrong side of a 1-0 scoreline, so will be looking to set the record straight at Kenilworth Road on Tuesday.

Kick-off is at 7pm with admission priced at £5 adults and £2 concessions.
