West Ham United Joint-Chairman David Gold will be attending the launch event of the Talk Easy Trust at Carshalton Athletic FC on Friday 10 May.
The Talk Easy Trust offers support and guidance to students from trained sixth form students, and was set up by pupils at St John Fisher School in Purley, Nescot College and Carshalton Girls.
It aims to decrease the instances of bullying and depression in young people's lives with a free and confidential service.
The launch event will see a John Fisher Staff XI take on a Carshalton Boys Staff XI with special guests including Mr Gold, MP for Carshalton and Wallington Tom Brake, Simon Osbourn and Ryan Innis.
Gates open for the event at 6pm, with kick-off at 7pm.
Mr Gold said: "I am delighted to support the Talk Easy Trust. I believe it is very important for students of all ages to be able to talk to both students and teachers when needed. Young people often have to deal with stress and difficult decisions with no support. Hopefully the Talk Easy Trust will help to reduce this over the coming years.
"Well done to all the boys who have set up the trust and organised the night. Good luck to all playing - I will keep my chief scout on alert!."
