Piquionne departs by mutal consent

Frederic Piquionne has ended his spell with West Ham United by mutual consent.

The 34-year-old striker spent nearly three years with the Hammers after joining the club in July 2010 from Lyon.

He scored 11 goals in 62 games for the club but did not make a first team appearance this season.

West Ham United would like to thank Freddie for his service and wish him well for his future career.
