West Ham TV is bringing you all the latest news and views from the Hammers' pre-season training camp in Austria.

West Ham United's first-team squad touched down in Vienna on Monday afternoon before travelling to the team hotel.

After lunch and a quick rest, the players and staff headed for the Thermenstadion home of lower-league club TUS Bad Waltersdorf. There, they were put through their paces by assistant manager Neil McDonald and first-team coach Wally Downes.

Before the session got underway, McDonald reminded the players of the need to give 100 per cent as they prepare for the big Barclays Premier League kick-off on 18 August.

After stretching-off, the players went through a series of drills before ending with a keep-ball session in early evening temperatures approaching 30C (86F). Meanwhile, on an adjacent pitch, goalkeeper coach Martyn Margetson worked with new arrivals Jussi Jaaskelainen and Stephen Henderson.

West Ham TV was there to capture all of the action before catching up with James Tomkins, who is celebrating his call-up to the Team GB squad for the London 2012 Olympic Games. To hear what the No5 had to say, log in or subscribe here now!

The Club's official online television service will be with the first-team squad all week as they build up to Saturday's opening pre-season match against Austrian Bundesliga challengers FK Austria Wien.
