West Ham United begin their quest to reach the 2012 FA Cup with Budweiser final by travelling to Sheffield Wednesday in the third round on Sunday 8 January.

The Hammers are leaving nothing to chance against the Owls, who go into the weekend sitting second in the npower League One table, and were taking preparations seriously at a sun-drenched Chadwell Heath.

With assistant manager Neil McDonald and first-team coach Wally Downes overseeing the session, the players went through a series of drills before ending with an 11v11 practice match.
