Callum McNaughton has joined League Two club AFC Wimbledon on a permanent basis.
The 20-year-old centre-back has been on loan at Kingsmeadow since joining the Dons on 9 September. Since then, McNaughton has twice extended his stay and has chalked up 16 appearances in all competitions.
The transfer brings to an end a six-year stay at the Hammers for the Bishops Stortford-born defender, who overcome a succession of injuries to first earn a third-year scholarship and sign his first professional contract in the summer of 2011.
Having graduated from the Academy, McNaughton was named reserve-team captain last season and was rewarded for his hard work with a first-team debut in the Carling Cup first-round defeat by Aldershot Town on 24 August.
While his West Ham debut was marred by a red card, McNaughton has bounced back impressively and will now continue his career with the Football League new boys.
West Ham United would like to thank Callum for his efforts and wish him well for his future career.
