West Ham United left nothing to chance ahead of their npower Championship visit to Middlesbrough at the end of November.
The West Ham TV cameras were on hand to capture all the behind-the-scenes preparation for a fixture that pitted the second-placed Hammers against third-placed Boro.
Sam Allardyce's side triumphed 2-0 at the Riverside thanks to goals in either half from Frederic Piquionne and Carlton Cole, but there was much more to it than just the 90 minutes on the pitch.
After training at Chadwell Heath on the day before the match, the Hammers flew from London Stansted to Tees Valley Airport in the north east of England before checking into the team hotel. There, after a healthy meal, the players either headed to their rooms or enjoyed a massage or other preparation.
On the morning of the game, the squad ate breakfast before enjoying a light training session on a nearby cricket outfield before returning for a rest. After a pre-match meal and a behind-closed-doors team meeting that even West Ham TV was barred from attending, the squad boarded the team coach for the stadium.

After getting the job done against Tony Mowbray's side in some style, it was back on the bus for the short ride to Tees Valley Airport where the squad boarded the 40-minute flight back to London, arriving at Stansted at 12.30am.
Featuring interviews with the head of rehabilitation Stijn Vandenbroucke and performance analyst Jamie Osman, the whole successful trip was caught on camera by West Ham TV, giving you an exclusive behind the scenes look at how the Hammers prepare for an away fixture.
