After a fantastic win for the Hammers in south London on Saturday, we caught up with the squad's activity on social media as they celebrated a vital three points...

Goalkeeper Adrian - who made a terrific late save to make sure all three points were heading north of the river - was in high spirits after the game

Though he was dismissed after two yellow cards, Aaron Cresswell - who set up the Hammers' winner - was delighted to make his first appearance of the season after recovering from injury

Pedro Obiang, who has become a key player for the Hammers in recent weeks, urged the side to now build on the momentum gained against Crystal Palace
